Energy Queensland Training & Development Buildings (McLeod Street, Cairns)

This project included the redevelopment of Energy Queensland’s old depot in McLeod Street, Cairns,  into a modern training centre, office space and workshop facility.  The project involved preserving features of the existing structure and heritage of the original Cairns Powerhouse.  The project won the ‘Commercial Building from $5 million up to $50 million’ category at the 2022 Far North Queensland Master Builders Awards.
