Browns Plains Apartments

This NDIS project at 2 Sunset Street, Browns Plains, is a dual level apartment building with six units in total. The structure is mostly blockwork and steel structure with painted render finish and aluminium windows and balustrading.

Internally, the facility is equipped with advanced technology to assist people with high physical needs. Features include facial recognition access, voice activated controls and heavy duty ceiling hoists to transport participants safely from their bedroom to the bathroom.
